At Trends-Kids, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every little one to wear something they love β and weβre here to make that happen. π
Exchange Available
We accept exchange requests for the following reasons:
β Wrong product received
β Wrong size delivered
β Damaged or defective item received
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind after delivery.
Wrong Product Support
If you received a different product than what you ordered, contact us immediately with:
πΈ A clear photo of the item received
ποΈ Your order number
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Damaged Product Support
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Exchange Time Limit
β° All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Item Condition Rules
To be eligible for exchange, the item must be:
β Unworn and unwashed
β Tags intact and in original condition
β Free from stains, odors, or post-delivery damage
β In original packaging (if applicable)
Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.
Step 2: Share your order number and photos of the item.
Step 3: Our team confirms your request within 24 hours.
Step 4: Send the item back via courier to our address.
Step 5: Once received and verified, we dispatch your replacement.
